Rules, Regulations, Restrictions and Limitations

2011-2012 IOOF Rose Float Sponsorship Program
Tournament of Roses (ToR) Sponsorship Rules Per Tournament of Roses guidelines, there cannot be any sponsor/vendor logo on the float. The sponsor's designated rider may wear clothing of the sponsor. The sponsor may advertise their involvement with the 2012 Odd Fellows Rebekah Rose Float in the Rose Parade Program and other media sources.
The Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float 2012 Sponsorship Program General Guidelines Sponsorship payment is due and payable upon signature of agreement. Payment options must be addressed and approved prior to signing the agreement. The Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization (OFRRF) will not be liable for any accidents, mishaps, losses and or lawsuits. Sponsorship advertisement in official promotional materiel must be submitted prior to Tournament of Roses press releases completion date. All Sponsorship logos on apparel must be approved and conform to the theme of the float. Authorized and approved "Sponsorship Banners" placed at the decorating site must receive prior written approval from the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization. Advertising by the sponsor (or its representative organization) is encouraged but must be approved by the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization. Sponsors shall conform to all rules and regulations of the Tournament of Roses foundation. Sponsors agree to abide by the discussion of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization in the event of any misunderstanding, regulation and or restriction. Sponsors wanting to assist with the decorating of the float must coordinate requested work schedule with the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float crew chief and conform to the rules of Phoenix Decorating Company.
Float Riders The name of the designated rider must be submitted to the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization prior to October 31, 2011. The rider must sign and agree to the Tournament of Roses (ToR) liability forms and requirements. Riders must comply with all rules and regulations of the Tournament of Roses organization and the Phoenix Decorating Company. Riders must sign a waiver which releases the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float organization from any liability such as loss or injury. Riders must be present during float judging on December 31, 2011. Riders must arrive ready to be placed on the designated float 2 hours prior to start of the parade on January 1, 2012. Rider costumes must be supplied by sponsor and conform to all ToR regulations.

(Sponsor Name) and their logo will be used on all appropriate OFRRF's promotional material, naming (Sponsor Name) as a "Bronze Level" float sponsor. (Sponsor Name) and their logo will be placed in the Parade Program, listing their name as a "Honor Roll" float sponsor. (Sponsor Name) is allowed the use of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float name and the 2012 float "Shining Knights Still Exist" artwork for marketing purposes after the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float approves the copy and purpose. Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float Organization agrees to display the Sponsor name and logo in the best ways possible (e.g., OFRRFO Float Web Site), and/or as many times as possible, as deemed appropriate by the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Rose Float.
